Hot Shots Green stage
Green is the Swisse Hot Shots Tennis stage for kids aged 10+. It suits both children who play for fun in a relaxed setting and those who enjoy more challenge and competition.

Players use 25–27 inch racquets and a 75 per cent compression green ball, on full or modified courts. The court can be a full tennis court or a modified one, depending on the program and the child.

A stage with two speeds
Green is the point in Hot Shots where the same stage can feel different for different kids.

Play for fun: A relaxed setting for children who want to keep playing, stay active and enjoy tennis with friends.
More challenge: The same equipment and courts for children who want competition and a harder test.

The green ball and the racquet
A 75 per cent compression green ball is closer to a standard tennis ball than the red or orange balls, and it still gives kids a ball that suits their stage. Racquets at 25–27 inches are closer to a full-size frame. Together with a full or modified court, the game starts to look like the tennis older players play, without dropping the Hot Shots idea that the setup should match the child.

The path into Green
Swisse Hot Shots Tennis is four stages.

Blue, ages 3–5+: movement skills through play, in a large flat space.
Red, ages 5–8+: rallying with softer, larger red balls and 19–23 inch racquets on scaled courts.
Orange, ages 8–10+: tactics, singles, doubles, teamwork and respect, with a 50 per cent compression orange ball.
Green, ages 10+: fun or challenge, with a 75 per cent compression green ball and 25–27 inch racquets.
