What is Swisse Hot Shots Tennis
Swisse Hot Shots Tennis is a kids' tennis program that uses scaled courts, lighter racquets and softer balls so children learn through play. It is tennis made fun, and it is designed just for kids.

The program is for children aged 3–10+. It is built for all ages and abilities, from a first visit to the court through to kids who are ready for more of a challenge.

Four stages, matched to the child
Hot Shots is made up of four stages. Each stage provides the right equipment and court size for a child's ability and interest. That includes lower-compression balls that bounce less, plus racquets and court sizes suited to their age and stage.

Blue stage
Ages: 3–5+
Focus: Running, jumping, throwing, catching and striking through fun, play-based activities.
Setup: Age-appropriate gear in a large, flat space.

Red stage
Ages: 5–8+
Focus: Key tennis skills such as rallying, learned through games.
Setup: Softer, larger red balls and 19–23 inch racquets on scaled courts and nets.

Orange stage
Ages: 8–10+
Focus: Game-based play, tactics in singles and doubles, teamwork and respect.
Setup: A 50 per cent compression orange ball on scaled courts.

Green stage
Ages: 10+
Focus: A stage for kids who play for fun in a relaxed setting, and for those who want more challenge and competition.
Setup: 25–27 inch racquets and a 75 per cent compression green ball on full or modified courts.
