Benefits of Swisse Hot Shots Tennis
Swisse Hot Shots Tennis is a fun way for children aged 3–10+ to play and learn tennis. Kids develop general movement skills, learn tennis in a game-based setting, stay active and build confidence — all while having fun and making friends.

The program is tennis made fun, and it is just for kids. Scaled courts, lighter racquets and softer balls mean the game fits the child, so the benefits show up in play rather than in a long list of drills.

What kids develop
Movement
At the Blue stage (ages 3–5+), kids build running, jumping, throwing, catching and striking through play-based activities. Those skills carry into every later stage.

Tennis skills
Red (ages 5–8+) develops rallying. Orange (ages 8–10+) develops tactics in singles and doubles. Green (ages 10+) lets kids play on full or modified courts with a 75 per cent compression green ball, either for fun or for more challenge and competition.

Confidence and friendships
No experience is needed. Coaches guide kids through games that develop skills, social interaction and confidence. Playing with other children is part of how the program works, not a side effect.

Teamwork and respect
From Orange onwards, sessions include teamwork and respect alongside tactics. Kids learn how to play with a partner and how to play against someone else.

Why the setup matters
Lower-compression balls bounce less. Courts and racquets are suited to age and stage. A child who can reach the ball, swing the racquet and keep a rally going is a child who wants to play again. That is the practical benefit of Hot Shots: more time in the game, earlier.
